Pelvic Floor Strengthening

We work with clients experiencing leaking urine, pelvic heaviness, painful intercourse, or muscle tension you can’t relax. This therapy helps you build strength, restore control, and reconnect with your body.

Orthopedic Physical Therapy

We treat joint and muscle pain, post-surgical recovery, and chronic conditions like back or hip pain. Our approach supports your whole body and often connects orthopedic care with pelvic strength.

How Physical Therapy Helped Our Clients Feel Stronger and More Confident

From the moment I stepped in to this facility, I was met with friendly faces... I believe Dr. Mister and the staff cares about you as a person and then as a patient... The staff works you hard, but the benefits are felt.

Going to Sow and Reap was one of the best decisions I made after giving birth... I went hoping I could just leave with some knowledge of how to improve my pelvis problems. I never expected that my issues would actually improve over the short time I was able to go.

- Carrington C.

Black double quotation mark.

The combination of holistic medical techniques helped with a condition that orthopedics, other PTs, and chiropractors were unable to solve for years... a problem that not just affected my physical fitness but also my psyche.

- Celeste L.

This place is so amazing. I started therapy for pelvic floor problems, and learned how to remedy other health problems, as well. I am so grateful to Dr. Mister for her attentive and helpful attitude. God led me to her. To God be the glory.

I felt welcomed and comfortable from the very first visit... I even learned new things about the female anatomy and more on how organs are supported in/by the pelvic area... I received a care plan specific to my needs that actually worked.
